[용어]플라노그램 Planogram의 의미와 사례 5가지

정지훈 교수의 인공지능 관련 강의를 듣던 중 정 교수가 추천한 퀄컴에서 2023년 5월에 발간한 자료 'The future of AI is hybrid'를 읽던 중 처음 접하는 단어를 만났다. 바로 Planogram이다.

정확한 의미를 찾아보고 이 단어가 사용된 사례를 5가지 정리해서 포스팅한다. 이 사례를 통해 이 용어가 소매업에서 어떻게 사용되고 있는지 알 수 있다. 

 

● Planogram(플라노그램) 의미

소매업에서 사용되는 용어로, 매장 내 상품의 배치와 진열을 시각적으로 계획한 도면이나 다이어그램을 의미한다. 플라노그램은 매장 내 특정 위치에 어떤 상품을 어떻게 배치할지에 대한 지침을 제공하여, 매출을 극대화하고 고객의 쇼핑 경험을 향상하는 데 도움을 준다. 이를 통해 매장은 효율적인 공간 활용과 일관된 상품 진열을 유지할 수 있다.
